What if I am not happy with my purchase?

All sales are final, but I want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.  If for some reason your item doesn't fit, or is defective, and as long as the item is in new, unused condition, you can send it back for a proper fitting item.  Please contact via Contact tab within five days of delivery if you are not satisified with your purchase.  kdBird is not responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. Once you contact the shop, you will be provided with instructions for return shipping.

Sizing:

Babies come in all shapes and sizes and grow like weeds.  kdBird knitted garments come in six month size increments up until 2T.  For example a 0-6 month size will be wee big on a three month old and fit just right on the five to six month old.  They do stretch and will accomodate both small and larger sizes.  It is best to figure out what months your baby will be wearing the hat and at what age they will be and purchase within that size range. 

Sizing for sewn items vary by product.  Sewn items sizing are not as forgiving as knitted items, so I suggest sizing up if you are near the end of a size range and plan on extended use. 

Custom Orders vs. Ready Made:

Many of my products are ready made, but I love custom orders!  If you do not see color that you like or a size, please contact me.  I would be more than happy to accomadate your design ideas into a product that is completely custom made for you.  

Shipping:

All packages ship out USPS 1st class mail with tracking.  If you need your purchase expidited please send me a note from the Contact Tab.

kdBird is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stollen mail.  You will be provided with tracking information if mailed within the united states. I cannot provide tracking for items that are shipped out of the country.  All foreign duties and excise taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
